The Fifth Zanzibar Revenue Authority Corporate Plan (2025/2026 – 2029/2030)

The Fifth Corporate Plan (CP5) of the Zanzibar Revenue Authority (ZRA) sets forth a clear strategic direction for the Authority over the five-year period from 2025/2026 to 2029/2030. This Plan will be reviewed and updated annually to remain responsive to emerging challenges and opportunities.
